Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Once an order is packed or handed to the courier, we cannot change the address or cancel the shipment.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs, courier delays, weather, or high volume periods.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally. International availability and shipping fees are shown at checkout.

Customs And Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs processing timelines can also affect delivery speed.

Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking email. If you have not received tracking and believe your order should have shipped, contact support@boylift.com.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Re Delivery

If your package is returned due to an incomplete address, you will be charged a re delivery fee to route the package to the correct location.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please check with building security, neighbors, or your local courier office first. If still missing, contact support@boylift.com and we will assist with a courier investigation.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. Email support@boylift.com.
