We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we will handle it fairly and clearly.


Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The shoes are unworn outdoors
  • Original packaging is intact
  • No visible creases, scuffs, or damage beyond try-on
  • All accessories, dust bags, and inserts are included

Non Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Worn or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Clearance or final sale items if marked
  • Custom or special order products

How To Start A Return

Email support@boylift.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if applicable.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are allowed within the return window, subject to stock availability. If your size is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or damaged on arrival.
